Toasted Nut Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until coconut begins to toast.
  4. Let cool and store in an airtight container.
